Mr. Swapan Banerjee, Mrs. Purnima Ghosh ...for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of 5.5 litres of codeine mixture which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
