In view of the order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner has filed a suit for declaration of title and injunction being Title Suit No. 356 of 2014 pending before the 1st Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore, district 24-Parganas (South).

The petitioner complains that the interlocutory applications filed in connection with the said suit are still pending and seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of those applications.

The normal functioning of the Court is resuming slowly during this Covid-19 pandemic period. At this stage, a direction of this nature, as

sought for is not warranted, but I hope and trust that the learned Trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the pending interlocutory applications filed in connection with the suit expeditiously.

C.O. 1358 of 2020 is disposed of with the above observations.

There shall be no order for costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
