At the instance of the parties, this writ petition has come up in the list under the heading "To be Mentioned" for correction of the order dated December 14, 2020. The said order reflects that Mr. Satyajit Talukdar, learned advocate appeared for the petitioner. however, the fact remains, Mr.

Talukdar appeared for the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority. Accordingly, the order dated December 14, 2020 be corrected to the effect that Mr. Sanjib Das, Mr. Tapas Kumar Adhikari and Mr. Satyajit Talukdar appeared for the petitioner, the State and the respondent KMDA respectively.

Let, corrected certified website copy of the order dated December 14, 2020 be forthwith made available to the parties, subject to compliance of the requisite formalities.
