The Investigating Officer of the case who is present in court files a notice which reflects that notice was served upon Bablu Sk. @ Saddam Hossain at Berhampore Central Correctional Home, Berhampore, Murshidabad. However, in spite of service, none appears on behalf of the accused, Bablu Sk @ Saddam Hossain. Under such circumstances, we appoint Mr. Kallol Mondal, learned advocate of the State Legal Services Authority to appear on his behalf. The State Legal Services Authority is directed to regularize his appointment.

Mr. Mukherji, learned Public Prosecutor prays for exemption of

appearance of the Investigating Officer. Further appearance of the Investigating Officer is dispensed with.

Mr. Golam Mastafa, learned advocate appearing for the accused Dipen Sk. is present in court. As rule has been issued in CRR 375 of 2021, we are inclined to hear all the matters together. As Mr. Mondal, learned advocate for the State Legal Services Authority has been engaged only today, we adjourn the matter for further consideration on 26th March, 2021. List all the matters under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on 26th March, 2021.
