According to learned counsel, the representation has not been responded to till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the State is represented.

WPA 8936 of 2020 is disposed of with a direction on respondent Nos. 4 and 7 to consider and dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks from date by way of a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner. Copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner

within a week after the date on which the reasoned order is passed.

The DPI shall also be at liberty of hearing the petitioner and the Principal of the concerned College before passing the reasoned order.

The writ petition is disposed of .
