Chowdhury, Mr. Shiladitya Banerjee ...for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in trafficking minor girl for sexual exploitation and in view of the fact that the minor had identified the petitioner in the course of TI parade examination and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
