Two applications for relaxation of the condition of bail are taken up analogously as a common order granting interim bail was passed on January 22, 2021 which was confirmed on March 15, 2021.

The petitioners in both the applications seek relaxation of the condition of bail being II and III of the order dated January 22, 2021. Both the petitioners contend that they complied with such conditions. Since the trial is in progress, compliance with such conditions is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners in both the proceedings complied with all the conditions of the bail granted on January 22, 2021.

Considering the fact that the trial is in progress, we relax conditions II and III of the order dated January 22, 2021 for both the petitioners. All other conditions of the order dated January 22, 2021 as confirmed on March 15, 2021 will remain the same. Accordingly, the applications being CRAN 1 of 2021 in CRM 459 of 2021 and CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM 8512 of 2020 are disposed of.
