The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners claim that there is a family dispute pertaining to a property which has given birth to a complaint and a counter-case. The State is represented.

There is little doubt that the complaint in this case appears to be a result of a civil dispute pertaining to a property. In such circumstances, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. In

addition, the petitioners will abide by the conditions in Section 438(2) of the Code.
