By an order dated October 21, 2020, the operation of the orders under revision was stayed till the end of November 2020. In the said order there is also an observation that the court was of the prima facie view that the orders under challenge cannot be sustained.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
For the reasons recorded in the order dated October 21, 2020, the orders under revision are set aside.
The plaintiffs would be at liberty to proceed with the suit before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) 2nd Additional Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.
Nothing contained in the order dated October 21, 2020 or in the present order shall have any bearing on the trial of the suit or any other interlocutory application that may be taken out in the suit. C.O. 1360 of 2020 is disposed of.
