The learned advocate representing the applicants alleges violation of the order dated 15th September, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition.

Though alleged contemnor nos. 1 & 3 are represented by learned advocate today the learned advocate representing the applicant is directed to serve notice upon the alleged contemnors enclosing the copy of the contempt application and the order of this Court by fortnight from date and file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date.

List the contempt application under the same heading for further consideration on 26th April, 2024.

However, pendency of this contempt application shall not preclude the alleged

contemnors to comply with the order 15th September, 2023.
