The petitioners undertake to appropriately affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners seek to make a distinction between the quantum of contraband recovered from either of them, though it appears that the petitioners were together and the recovery has to be regarded as a joint recovery from the petitioners.

Since commercial quantity of ganja was recovered from the

ar/dns possession of the petitioners, they do not qualify to obtain bail. CRM 8556 of 2020 is disposed of.
