For the Madrasah Service Commission Combined affidavit-in-opposition by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission and the affidavit-in-reply thereto filed by the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner intends to be appointed as Assistant Teacher in Madrasah. He appeared in the sixth SLST, 2013.

The Commission at page 54 of the affidavit-inopposition has indicated the marks obtained by the petitioner in the selection test.

The Commission is directed to give the breakup of the marks that has been obtained by the petitioner. In the report the full marks of the subject and the marks obtained by the petitioner in the said subject must be clearly mentioned.

Let the matter appear in the list once again on 17th January, 2022.

A copy of the breakup of the marks shall be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner by 13th January, 2022.
