The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding being G.R Case No.3720 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore arising out of Khardaha P.S Case No.426/17 dated 12.06.2017 under Sections 498A/323/406/34 of the IPC. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
