In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, further service of notice on the opposite party is deemed unnecessary.

In view of the considerable delay in disposal of the eviction suit filed by the petitioner, C. O. No. 1378 of 2020 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court at Alipore, District- South 24Parganas, to dispose of Ejectment Suit No. 34 of 2012, along with connected pending applications,

if any, as expeditiously as possible, but positively within April 30, 2022.

The petitioner shall communicate this order, accompanied by a server copy of this order, to the court below, as well as to the opposite party and/or the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party in the court below, at the earliest, to ensure due compliance of the same.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
