Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie materials disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the deceased by preventing outsiders from entering the house when her husband, that is, the victim was assaulted to death by the co-accused, we are of the opinion in view of the aforesaid role played by the petitioner in the crime this is not a fit case to grant bail at this stage.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
