The petitioner, a probable recruit of the BSF, alleges illegalities in his detailed medical examination as well as the review examination wherein his candidature is rejected on the ground of him having squint in his eyes.

The petitioner submits that a fresh examination should be carried out to assess his medical fitness. Counsel on behalf of the BSF makes no serious objection to the same and has fairly concurred to the examination of the petitioner at the Command Hospital, Kolkata.

In light of the above, the respondents are directed to carry out another examination of the petitioner at the Command Hospital, Kolkata within a period of 15 days from date.

The Command Hospital, Kolkata is directed to cooperate and carry out the said examination. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
