The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners claim that following certain family disputes a completely false complaint has been lodged.

The State refers to the injury report. A minor girl was hit on the head by a hammer and there is another person who is in a serious condition in hospital and the brother of the petitioner is fighting for his life with stab wounds all over. The petitioners say that the charge-sheet has already been filed and there is no need to continue the petitioners' detention. The petitioners may be enlarged on bail subject to the petitioners not trying to make any contact with the family members who have been at the receiving end of the petitioners' wrath. Subject to the above, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten Thousand

only) each together with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the appropriate court in Nadia.

CRM 8613 of 2020 is disposed of.
