The present revision of the year 2020 has been preferred against an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the FIR filed in connection with Shibpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2020 dated 27.06.2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2596 of 2020 under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Learned counsel for the State is present and has placed the case diary from which it can be seen that the investigation in the present case has ended in a FRT with the opinion that the dispute is civil in nature.

Accordingly, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is disposed of as infructuous. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
