The present writ petition has been preferred challenging inter alia the inaction on the part of the respondent no.4.

Md. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent no.3 by a memo dated 9th December, 2019 requested the respondent no.4 to intimate the vacancy status of schools for the petitioner.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents including the respondents no.4 submits, upon instruction, that a reply to the letter dated 9th December, 2019 will be sent by the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from date.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities. (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
