akb Mr. Apurba Kumar Ghosh ...For the Petitioner This matter has come up at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner pointing out some inadvertent typographical mistakes in the order dated February 11, 2021 which are corrected as under :-

1. The word "pension" appearing in the 2nd and 7th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the said order be substituted by the word "salary".

2. The phrase "two years" appearing in the 5th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the said order be substituted by the phrase "six years".

The order dated February 11, 2021, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated February 11, 2021.

Certified copy of the order dated February 11, 2021, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
