Time to pay arrears of pension, gratuity as well as arrears of salary, is extended by a period of one month from date.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, shall be responsible for carrying out the aforesaid order. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner shall communicate a copy of this order to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
