Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in cultivating opium poppy on a large scale and as prayer for pre-arrest bail of a coaccused has been turned down by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
