Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim with iron rod/lathi resulting in fracture injury, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
