The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding of G.R Case No.3436 of 2020 arising out of Burdwan Police Station Case No.624 of 2020 dated October 10, 2020 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Purba Burdwan.

Learned counsels for the State are present.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
