The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding of G.R Case No.788 of 2020 arising out of New Township Police Station Case No.70 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020 under Sections 498A/406/313/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
