The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceedings being NDPS Case No. 177 of 2019 as well as charge sheet being no. 99 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 arising out of Sagardighy P.S. Case No. 479 of 2019 dated 19.09.2019 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. As none appears for the petitioner since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
