3. Typographical error in the order dated December 9, 2024 passed in CPAN 582 of 2020 in FMA 1684 of 2019 is corrected as follows:- replace 'District Magistrate, Kolkata' with 'District Magistrate, North 24-Parganas' in the entirety of the order wherever appearing.

4. Department will incorporate such correction in the order dated December 9, 2024.
