Mr. Rwitendra Banerje Mr. Sandip Kundu ...for the petitioner Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as a result whereof petitioner does not intend to proceed with the writ petition. However, no one is representing the respondents today.

In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner it appears that no order need be passed on this writ petition and accordingly the same stands disposed of.
