The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding in connection with Rahara Police Station Case No.114 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 under Sections 323/341/384/379/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
