The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding of G.R Case No.2215 of 2020 arising out of Bagdah Police Station Case No.562 of 2020 dated 19.09.2020 under Sections 195A/506 of the IPC pending before the learned ACJM at Bongaon.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
