The present criminal revision of the year 2020 is filed praying for setting aside of the order dated 27.02.2020 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore in M. Case No.M-677 of 2019 being a proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
