Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner as the manager of the hotel where sexual exploitation of women was undertaken and as he does not stand on the same footing with other co-accused persons who are mere employees/customers, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Subsequently, all connected applications are disposed of. However, we direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed before the trial court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
