Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Sonamukhi P.S except for the purpose of investigation and/or attending the court proceeding and to meet the officer in charge of Sonamukhi PS once in a week are waived. However, petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidences in any manner whatsoever Accordingly, the application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
