The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioner claims that since no contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, there is no question of the petitioner being arrested.

The State says that that the petitioner has been absconding for six years. The original recovery was made in the year 2014. Considering the petitioner's conduct, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

CRM 8674 of 2020 is dismissed.
