The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The State says that this petitioner stands on the same footing as another co-accused who was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on October 8, 2020 in CRM 7600 of 2020. On the basis of such submission of the State, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing security of Rs.10,000 (Rs. Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner should abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM 8684 of 2020 is disposed of.
