It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about 130 days and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. corroborated by the medical evidence. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
