Mr. Ray learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that only one application for anticipatory bail was filed by the petitioner but mistakenly the same was registered under two numbers being CRM No.8717 of 2020 and CRM No.9374 of 2020. The application being CRM No.9374 of 2020 has already been allowed by an order dated 9th February, 2021.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present application being CRM No.8717 of 2020. Let the matter go out of the list.
