Having considered the materials in the case diary prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the alleged joint possession of 5.5 litres of codeine mixture, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
