Gupta Ms. Sofia Nesar Mr. Rafiqul Islam ... ... for the Petitioner Mr. Ashok Das ... ... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the nature of allegations including the nature of injuries which have been described as "slight", we are of the opinion this is a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
