Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as the owner of the vehicle which was used for inter-State transportation of narcotic substance, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation for progress of investigation is necessary, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
