05.11.2020 ss (Serial No. 54) CRM 8751 of 2020 (Via Video Conference) In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with special case no. 74/2016 (ref:- S.I.'s S.L. no.32/15-16 dated 12.02.2016) under Section 18(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

In Re : Saddam Hossain ... petitioner Mr. Mounick Ghosh .....for the petitioner Mr. Prasun Kr. Datta Mr. P. Ganguly ....for the State In view of the State's submission that others similarly placed have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the petitioner is entitled to the same benefit.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner should be released on bail on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 8751 of 2020 is disposed of.
