This is another frivolous petition filed within three months of the previous rejection with no ground indicating any change in circumstances. It must also be noted that because of the pandemic, criminal trials remain, by and large, suspended. Previous orders clearly indicate that since the accused is from Uttar Pradesh and the Court apprehends that the accused may flee upon obtaining bail, the prayer cannot be acceded to. CRM 8753 of 2020 is rejected.
