For the respondent This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner seeks an innocuous prayer for having his interlocutory applications pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to be heard by the Debts Recovery Tribunal expeditiously. I have heard learned Counsel appearing for both the parties.

In my view, the directions sought may be given. Accordingly, I direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to hear out the applications of the writ petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from date.

This writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
