12.11.2020 ss CRM 8763 of 2020 (Via Video Conference) In re : An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Nowda P.S. Case No. 122/2020 dated 10.04.2020 under Sections 341/323/ 324/325/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

APP Mr. Nirupam Dhali .....For the State The petitioners say that a minor dispute turned violent and some injuries were suffered on both sides but a completely exaggerated complaint has been filed.

The State produces the records and it does not appear that any person received any serious injury.

Considering the nature of the incident and the extent of injuries, the custodial detention of the petitioners may not be necessary.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioners will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code.

CRM 8763 of 2020 is disposed of.
