....For the State The petitioners are the brother of the husband of the deceased victim, the wife of such brother and mother of the husband.

The State says that the victim died within four years of her marriage and the principal persons involved in the unnatural death were the husband and the father-in-law of the victim.

Since there does not appear to be much material against these petitioners in the matter relating to the unnatural death of the victim, these petitioners are entitled to anticipatory bail.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioners should abide by the

conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM 8771 of 2020 is disposed of.
