It is fairly submitted on behalf of the State that similarly placed persons as the petitioner herein had been granted anticipatory bail.

Upon considering the material against the petitioner and the nature of the incident, the further detention of the petitioner is found to be unnecessary.

The petitioner will be enlarged on bail on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the appropriate Court in Birbhum. The petitioner should, however, report to the investigating officer as and when called, till the investigation is completed.

CRM 8776 of 2020 is disposed of.
