Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State The petitioner is a person from whose custody huge commercial quantity of ganja has been recovered. From the seizure list contained in the case diary produced before us by the State, it is alleged that 330 kg. 450 gm. of ganja was recovered from the petitioner while the same has been uploaded from one vehicle to another vehicle which is above the commercial quantity, even the learned magistrate certified the correctness of the inventory of the seizure list of the narcotic drugs and samples.

In view of the above and in view of provisions contained in section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the petitioner's prayer for bail is hereby rejected. Accordingly, CRM No.8816 of 2020 stands disposed of. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J] [Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, J]
