Ms. Sujata Das ... for State Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of Court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, ground for rejection of his clients' petition for bail, as appearing from order dated 06.10.2020, does not exists any more. His clients were arrested and charge sheet has been filed.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate, Additional Public Prosecutor appears for State and does not dispute the position. Accordingly, petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be a local surety, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda on condition that during bail they shall appear before the trial court on all future dates till disposal of the trial and they shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In event petitioners fail to comply with the conditions, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without any further reference to this Court.
