Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is kept on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that application for anticipatory bail was disposed of on erroneous submission. We are not willing to re-open the issue in a subsequent application for pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, it is open to the petitioner to appear before the Court below within two weeks from date and pray for regular bail. In the event the petitioner does so the court below shall consider his prayer independently and in accordance with law.
