Mrs. Trina Mitra For the State Mr. Gupta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 2nd March, 2021. However, presently he is suffering from serious heart ailments and requires immediate surgery and in view thereof, he prays for relaxation of the condition to the effect that 'the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Regent Park Police Station'. Mr. Ahmed, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, does not dispute that the petitioner has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 2nd March, 2021. Let the report, as filed, be kept on record.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials in the case diary, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 2nd March, 2021 to the effect that 'the

petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of Regent Park Police Station' is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
